That guy who’s doing the review sucks!!! He don’t know what he’s talking about! His review is right to misinform everyone about the product like what he’s saying about the “RESET” button. You don’t have to push that button everytime your router goes down. Linksys has the (LELA) to help you identify the problem and resolve it. I have this router that’s why I can tell all of these but this router is great!!. Secondly, this guy thinks he’s funny and makes a sense of humor while making his review.

That’s dumb… This guy seems pretty uneducated and scatterbrained. First things first, he’s recommending a pretty cheaply made router compared to several of its precursors, especially the WRT54GL. Also, pretty sure no version of the WRT54G series has ever had 1000Mbps (Gigabit) LAN ports. He’s right that it’s pretty attractive, but that’s about it. Give me more powerful WRT54GL with DD-WRT, or any version with external removable/upgradeable antennas any day

it will prompt you to enter username and password which is no username and type in admin for the password (default). once your inside the routers user interface or setup page, click on the mac address clone subtab, its a smaller tab just below those main tabs. click on clone your pc’s mac and save setting, after this process, you may need to powercycle the router for 15 secs(not reset) and then try if you are able to go online… for further istance email me

for some reason its true, im a linksys technical support agent, i know a lot more than all u guys knew about this. about the reset button, its not true that instead of powercycling the router or should i say unplugging and repluging the power cord. i mean reseting the router may lose the mac clone for dsl and cable connection. once you lose that, your router needs to be reconfigured again. router needs to be accessed by typing 192.168.1.1 (default) in the adress bar of yout internet browser.
